Text Message (SMS) Terms

These terms cover the Chrysalis Skin Lab text message program, run by The Chrysalis Emporium LLC. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. What you're signing up for

When you give us your phone number and opt in (on our website, at checkout, or by texting us), you agree to receive recurring text messages from Chrysalis Skin Lab at that number. These can include order and shipping updates, cart reminders, restock reminders, product news, and offers. Messages may be sent using an automated system.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

2. How often

Message frequency varies. Most subscribers get around 4 messages a month, sometimes fewer, occasionally a few more around an order.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We don't charge anything to receive our texts.

4. How to stop

Reply STOP to any of our texts at any time. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then you won't hear from us by text again unless you sign up again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.

5. How to get help

Reply HELP to any of our texts, or email us at info@chrysalisskinlab.com. Our texts come from +1 (866) 429-8248.

6. Replies

If you reply to one of our texts, a real person reads it. Please don't send sensitive information like card numbers or passwords by text.

7. Eligibility

The program is available to people in the United States who are 18 or older. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder for the phone number, or you have their permission to use it.

8. Carriers

Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery isn't guaranteed and can depend on your carrier, device, and coverage.

9. Your information

We use your phone number only to send you the messages described above. We don't sell or rent it, and we never share your text opt-in or consent with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep receiving texts after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
