How does the Skin Lab Kit work?
You get one sachet of each of the five serums. Try them one at a time, a few days each, in the morning. Pick a favorite. Your $19 comes back on it as a code for $19 off the full size.
Are these samples or the full formula?
The full formula. Each 5g sachet holds exactly what's in the full-size bottle, just less of it. What works in the sachet works in the bottle.
What if I already know which serum I want?
Go straight to the full-size serum, or check out the duo and trio bundle.
Will the Kit be restocked?
The Kit is a limited launch batch. We made it once. Once it's gone, no restocks. If you're on the fence, don't wait too long.
What if none of them work for me?
Rare, but it happens. The Kit is covered by our 30-day Happiness Guarantee. Email info@chrysalisskinlab.com within 30 days and we'll refund your Kit or give you store credit, whichever you'd prefer. There's nothing to send back. One per customer.
How long until I notice something?
Glow and that softer, more hydrated feel usually show up in the first few days. Marks, lines and pink take longer to look different, so give a serum 4 to 8 weeks of mornings.
