Welcome to Chrysalis Skin Lab, a brand of The Chrysalis Emporium LLC. By accessing this website (https://chrysalisskinlab.com/) or purchasing any products, you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of this site
Use this site for lawful purposes only. Do not use our products or content for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products
Chrysalis Skin Lab sells finished cosmetic skincare products, including the Skin Lab Kit, full-size serums, and bundles. We may change or discontinue products at any time, limit quantities, and refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. The Skin Lab Kit and the $19 credit
The Skin Lab Kit contains five 5g sachets, one of each Chrysalis serum. The sachets hold the same finished formulas sold in our full-size bottles. When you buy a Kit, the $19 you paid becomes a credit toward a later purchase from Chrysalis Skin Lab. The credit comes with the purchase of the Kit. No vote, review, or feedback is required to receive it.
The credit is delivered as a discount code. We email it about ten days after your Kit ships, or sooner if you request it from the card inside your Kit. It takes $19 off one order of $30 or more, works for customers who have ordered from us before, is one use per customer, and can't be combined with other discount codes. Use the same email address you ordered your Kit with.
4. Pricing, offers, and availability
All prices are in USD. Bundle savings are calculated against the current price of the same full-size products bought separately. When we describe a product as a limited batch, that reflects our real stock. We may correct errors in pricing or product descriptions and change prices at any time. Shipping terms are in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns and the 30-day Happiness Guarantee
Our Return & Refund Policy, including the 30-day Happiness Guarantee, applies to every order. The Guarantee is one per customer.
6. Our products are cosmetics
Our products are cosmetics. They are intended to cleanse, moisturize, and improve the look and feel of skin. They are not drugs, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Results vary from person to person and we do not guarantee specific results. We work to keep this site accurate but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.
7. Your skin, and what to do if something isn't right
Everybody's skin is different and we cannot predict how any individual will respond to a product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chrysalis Skin Lab is not liable for individual skin outcomes, allergic reactions or sensitivities, or misuse of products. We encourage you to read the full ingredient list and to patch test before use, a little on the inner forearm, and to give it a day.
If a product doesn't agree with your skin, stop using it and email info@chrysalisskinlab.com. Please keep the bottle rather than throwing it out. We're not able to give medical advice, so if it isn't settling, or you're worried at any point, please see a doctor or a dermatologist.
8. Reviews and endorsements
Reviews on this site come from real customers and we do not edit them to change their meaning or hide negative reviews. We do not pay for reviews. Creators and customers who receive free product or payment from us are required to disclose that when they post about us.
9. Refusal of service
We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected abuse of the Happiness Guarantee or the Kit credit, or for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, product names, and logos, belongs to The Chrysalis Emporium LLC unless stated otherwise.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
