Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can vary with the carrier.
Shipping costs
The Skin Lab Kit always ships free. All other US orders over $50 ship free too. For orders under $50, a flat rate is shown at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Join our email list to hear when we expand.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your package seems delayed or lost, email info@chrysalisskinlab.com and we'll help.
Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping.
